Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of PokéRestore ("we", "us") operated by [Your legal name / company], [address], [SIRET / VAT number], contactable at [email protected].
1. Service
We provide cleaning and restoration of collectible cards. Placing an order requires an account (sign-in by email link) and payment in EUR via our payment provider, Stripe.
2. Ordering and payment
- Prices are shown in EUR at the point of order and may change over time.
- You are responsible for accurately describing your cards, including whether a card is in a graded slab.
- If you send items that differ from your order (for example, an undeclared graded slab), we may issue an additional charge before proceeding.
3. Shipping
- You arrange and pay for shipping your cards to us, and you are responsible for them until we confirm receipt.
- We ship from [France]. Return shipping arrangements and costs are communicated per order. Delivery inside the EU is faster and cheaper than outside the EU.
- We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by carriers.
4. Turnaround
Turnaround estimates are indicative and begin when we receive your cards. Delays outside our control (postal, customs) do not entitle you to a refund of the service.
5. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory rights as a consumer in the EU.
6. Restoration limits
Our service is subject to the Restoration Agreement, which forms part of these terms.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence in the EU.
