Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident ordering. This policy explains refunds and your rights as an EU consumer.

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

Under EU consumer law you generally have 14 days to withdraw from a service contract. Important: because our service is a bespoke restoration performed on your specific item, once we begin work with your express consent, the right of withdrawal no longer applies to work already carried out. You give this consent by agreeing to the Restoration Agreement at checkout.

Before we start

If you change your mind before we begin restoration, contact us at [email protected]. We will refund the service fee for any card we have not yet started (you remain responsible for return shipping of the physical card).

If a card can't be improved

We assess every card first. If we determine that little or nothing can be safely done, we will contact you before proceeding and will not charge for work we do not perform. We do not refund on the basis of a subjective result where restoration was carried out as agreed and within the limits of the Restoration Agreement.

Additional charges

Where an additional charge applies (for example, an undeclared graded slab), it is optional to accept. If you decline, we return the card without performing the extra work.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.

Approved refunds never affect your mandatory statutory rights as an EU consumer.
