Frequently asked questions
How long does restoration take?
Typically 10 to 21 days from the moment we receive your cards, plus shipping both ways. We'll keep your order page updated at each step.
Do you ship outside Europe?
We ship worldwide, but we're based in France, so delivery inside the EU is fast and affordable, while shipping outside the EU costs significantly more and takes longer.
Can you guarantee a PSA grade?
No. We improve a card's presentation and surface, but grading depends on many factors. We're always honest about what's achievable before we start.
What if my card can't be improved?
We assess every card first. If little or nothing can be done, we tell you. See our Restoration Agreement for how this works.
Can you crack open a graded slab?
Yes. We can crack PSA, BGS, CGC and other slabs to return the raw card. It's included free with any restoration package, or available on its own for a small fee.
Can PSA detect a restored or cleaned card?
Yes. Grading services like PSA can detect cleaning solutions, waxes and holo-foil treatments, and will reject such cards or mark them as 'altered'. That's why you pick a treatment level for every card: a grading-safe option that stays undetectable but more subtle, or a maximum restoration for private collections that graders will detect. It never changes the price, only how we treat the card.
